Transferring a number
Signing the transfer authorization (LOA)
The last step is a Letter of Authorization: the legal document telling your current provider to release your number. We fill it in and file it for you.
You'll see the completed document on screen. To sign, type your full legal name and tick the box confirming you're authorized to approve the transfer.
That's it. No printing, no scanning, no attachment.
You must be the account holder or someone authorized to act for them.
