Your team's move off Bria
For admins. Bria stops working on November 30, 2026, and everyone on your team who uses it is moving to Cloud Softphone, the Slingshot app. You do not need to invite anyone or pass anything on.
What we do
- We email you first, with the list of people we are moving.
- The same morning, each of those people gets their own setup email. One tap installs the app and connects their line. Their guide is Moving from Bria to Cloud Softphone.
- Anyone who has not moved by November 23 gets a reminder, and another on November 30.
What stays the same
- Your numbers, extensions, greetings and voicemail.
- Your desk phones, if you have them. They are not part of this move.
- Your price. Nothing on your bill goes up.
Bria's end of life is November 30, 2026. That is the last day it works on Slingshot. On your invoice, the line that says Bria is renamed Softphone. Same amount, new name, because it now pays for Cloud Softphone.
What's new for you
Cloud Softphone runs on every phone, tablet and computer your team uses. Voicemail is in the app, and as an admin you can change your account and pay your bill from the app itself.
See who has moved
In your dashboard, go to Admin, then Extensions. Each person shows Last app sign-in with a date once their app is connected. No date means they have not set it up yet.
Someone missing, or an email out of date?
- In Admin, then Extensions, open the person and fix their email.
- Press Send setup email. They get the same one-tap setup.
The same button gives the app to anyone on a desk phone who would like their line on their mobile too.
On November 30
Bria stops working for everyone. If anyone on your team has not moved by then, we will call you to sort it out together.
