When you get charged for what
Nothing is charged during your trial.

| Activating | First month, at whatever plan your setup adds up to. No separate setup fee. |
| Adding a person | Straight away. |
| Adding a number | The number works immediately; the charge appears in full on your next invoice, nothing today. |
| Transferring a number in | Nothing to sign, nothing to submit. Billing starts when the transfer completes. |
| Removing something | At the end of your billing period. You keep it until then. |
| Minutes and usage | On your monthly invoice, after the fact. |
Anything you add in a billing cycle is charged for that cycle, even if you remove it before the invoice arrives. We tell you that before you add it.
Your renewal date never moves. Everything renews together on your activation anniversary.
We always show you the charge before applying it.
