Calling features

Seeing your call history

Open Admin, then Reports. Call History opens on the last 7 days. Pick a date range and click Search to go further back.

Calls are grouped by day. Open a day to see each call: the time, who it was from, where it went, how long it lasted, and what it cost. An incoming call shows the caller's number and the person or menu that took it. An outgoing call shows the person who made it.

Billing & Usage, next to it, shows your plan, your balance, recent invoices, and the last 30 days of calls and minutes in and out.

Recordings are not here. If cloud recording is on for your account, recordings are under Call Archive. See Cloud call recording.

What the history does not show yet: whether a call was answered, missed, or went to voicemail. To see what you missed, look at your voicemail. See Your voicemail in the dashboard.
