How to reach us, and our hours

Chat is the fastest way. The Chat with us button is at the bottom right of your dashboard and of slingshot.tel. Slingshot AI answers first, any time of day, from these help pages. Ask for a person whenever you want one: during our hours, someone replies within five minutes.

Our hours are 9 am to 4 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours, chat and email are read when we open, in the order they arrived.

What to have ready

Your account number (it is at the bottom left of your dashboard, after your company name), the phone number or extension involved, and what you heard or saw. A call that went wrong is quickest to find if you can tell us roughly when it happened and the number it came from.

If calls are not reaching you right now

Call us rather than chatting, and see People can't reach my number for the three things to check while you wait.
