My changes aren't live yet (Apply Now)
Some changes in your dashboard save in two steps. Save keeps the change in your dashboard. Apply Now sends it to the phone network, where your calls actually run. Until you apply it, callers get the old setting.
When a change is waiting, a purple bar appears across the top of the page: You have changes that are not live on the network yet.
Click Apply Now, not Dismiss. Dismiss hides the bar and applies nothing.
If you clicked Dismiss
The change is still saved, and still not live. Reload the page and the bar comes back for as long as changes are waiting. Click Apply Now.
Which changes need it
Your phone menu does: its greeting, its options and its timeout. The dashboard tells you when a change needs applying, so there is no list to remember. If the bar appears, apply.
Checking it worked
Call your number from another phone and listen. If callers still get the old setting after you applied it, contact us and name the setting. That is faster than changing it again.
